Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 12 October 2026
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
Replay (the "Service") is a trading backtesting and practice platform operated by [YOUR COMPANY NAME / YOUR FULL NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. Simulation only, not advice
The Service is an educational and practice tool. All trades, balances, positions, prop firm challenges and statistics are simulated. No real orders are placed and no real money is traded, held or transferred.
Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, tax or legal advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. We are not a broker, exchange, investment adviser or financial institution.
Past performance, including results achieved in a replay, does not predict future results. Simulated results have limits: they are generated with hindsight of the chosen period, and they do not fully reflect real-world slippage, liquidity, latency, spreads, commissions, or the emotional pressure of trading real money. Trading leveraged products carries a high risk of loss. You alone are responsible for any real trading decisions you make.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding contract. You must provide accurate information, confirm your email address, and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. One person per account; don't share or resell access.
4. Plans, payment and cancellation
The Service offers a free Basic plan and paid plans (currently Essential and Plus). Features, limits and prices are shown on the Plans page and may change; a change to the price of a plan you already pay for will apply only after we give you reasonable notice.
[BILLING DETAILS TO COMPLETE ONCE PAYMENTS ARE LIVE: payment provider, billing every 4 weeks or yearly in advance, automatic renewal, taxes/VAT, how to cancel (access continues to the end of the paid period), and failed payments.]
[REFUNDS: state your policy.] If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase. Where you ask us to start the digital service immediately, you acknowledge that you may lose that right once the service has been fully provided, as permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.
If your plan is downgraded or ends, your records stay available to view, but access to sessions, history, instruments and features beyond your new plan's limits may be restricted until you upgrade again.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) scrape, bulk-download, copy or redistribute market data or the Service's content; (b) reverse engineer, probe, overload or interfere with the Service or its security; (c) bypass plan limits or access controls; (d) use bots or automation to place excessive load on the Service; (e) use the Service for anything unlawful, or to present simulated results as real or audited trading performance to mislead others, including selling "verified" performance or signals based on the Service.
6. Market data and third-party services
Historical and live price data comes from third-party providers and may contain gaps, errors or delays, and may differ from what your broker shows. We don't guarantee it is complete, accurate or timely. The Service also uses third-party components, such as charting software and email delivery, which may be subject to their own terms. Instrument names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
[CHECK BEFORE LAUNCH: that your licences with the data provider(s) and the charting library permit commercial use and the way you display and attribute them.]
7. Your content and our rights
You keep ownership of what you write, such as journal notes and session names. You give us a limited licence to store and display it to operate the Service for you. The Service, its software, design and branding belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it in line with these Terms.
8. Privacy
We process personal data (such as your email, name and usage data) to run the Service. How we do so is described in our Privacy Policy [LINK, required before launch, especially if you have users in the EU/EEA or UK]. Support messages you send are used to answer your request.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but it is provided "as is" and "as available". It may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may change, add or remove features, and will give notice of material changes that adversely affect paid plans where reasonably possible.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting support@replaybureau.com. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms, put the Service or other users at risk, or where required by law, normally with notice unless the situation is urgent. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as 2, 11 and 12) will survive.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Service is error-free or that simulated results are accurate or suitable for any purpose, and we are not liable for losses arising from decisions you make, including real trading losses, based on use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or EUR 50 if you use the free plan). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will notify you (for example by email or in the Service) before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY, e.g. Poland], and disputes are for the courts of [CITY / COUNTRY courts], without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights or your right to bring a claim in your country of residence where the law gives you that right.
Questions about these Terms: support@replaybureau.com or the Support page.
